Karol Antkowiak – President of the Management Board

A graduate of the Teaching College in Jawor. Started working for GANT Sp. z o.o. in 1993. From 2003-2007, a member of the authorities of the companies comprising the Capital Group of GANT DEVELOPMENT S.A. A member of the Management Board from August 2006. Mr. Antkowiak has been a Vice-President of the Management Board of GANT DEVELOPMENT S.A. since October 2007 and President of the Management Board from August 2010.

Andrzej Szornak – Vice-President of the Management Board 

Mr. Andrzej Szornak has higher education and is a graduate of Catholic University in Lublin and Warsaw School of Economics.  He started his professional career in 1992. Mr. Szornak started his career in banking sector in 1995 at PKO NP on a position of credit analyst. Since 1997 he was working at Polsko Amerykański Bank Hipoteczny SA on a position of a Manager for Projects Financing and in 1999 moved to Kredyt Bank. From 2002 to 2006 Mr. Szornak was working at BACA Group in Poland on a position of Department Director at HVB Bank Hipoteczny SA and Bank BPH SA. In September 2006 he was appointed to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. During the years 2006-2007 he was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowa Agencja Poszanowania Energii. When applying for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of BGK Mr. Szornak obtained in September 2006 a positive recommendation of Banking Supervision Commission. He was handling the financing of entities operating on a real estate market. For a few years he was responsible at various banks for building relations with the real estate market investors and for the development and  implementation of credit procedures in the area of service of residential and/or commercial developers. Mr. Szornak introduced and implemented "Family's own home" program at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Mr. Szornak is interested in modern history and promotion of history. Mr. Szornak is socially a President of Tomasz Strzembosz Foundation, which was established to promote the modern history and scientific achievements of young historians. 

Luiza Berg – Member of the Management Board

Ms. Luiza Berg is responsible for the preparation of financial statement and consolidate statement of Gant Development S.A. Capital Group and is responsible for cooperation with auditors and all subjects connected with companies accountancy and tax assistance. She coordinates work of the Legal Department and outer set of chambers. She is a graduate of the Engineering and Economics Industry Department of the Wrocław University of Economics. She  has got an engineering degree and a master degree in Economy and Management. She graduated from postgraduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics in Warszawa, Goodwill Management specialization. She possesses expert auditor authority and internal auditor authority. She has extensive experience  in accounting, financing,  auditing companies, assessment of companies, assessment of financial forecast, preparing the introduction prospectus and public offerings. She is an author of publications on financial accounting, audit and controlling (“Rzeczpospolita”, “Monitor Rachunkowości i Finansów”, “Gazeta Prawna”, “Controlling”). Ms. Luiza worked in controlling departments as the chief accountant for companies operating in various sectors of the economy. Previously she worked at BDO Numerica  where she was holding the position of Senior Audit Manager.

Krzysztof Brzeziński – Member of the Management Board

Mr. Krzysztof  Brzeziński  has higher education, is a graduate of the Management and IT Department of Economical Academy in Wrocław. He started his professional career in 1999 at Dexpol S.A. Capital Group on position of a Specialist for financial analysis and ended up on a position of the Vice-President for Finances. Mr. Brzeziński was managing during that period the following departments: financial, balance sheet accounting, legal, controlling and IT and was responsible inter alia for the maintenance of financial liquidity, tax risk management, creation of controlling system and implementation of IT system. From July 2007 working for  RE Investment Sp. z o.o. Capital Group on the position of Financial Director and at the same time Member of Management Board of dominating company (and being also a member of authorities of related entities), Mr.  Brzeziński was managing the accounting and finances, controlling, IT and administration departments, was responsible for financial liquidity, tax policy and acquisition of external financing. In early 2009 Mr. Brzeziński joined the management staff of GANT  DEVELOPMENT S.A. Capital Group, where he took the function of Financial Director at parent company and was appointed to positions in the authorities of few subsidiaries. At present Mr. Brzeziński supervises the IT and controlling and internal audit department, is responsible for implementation of ERP system and creation of controlling system, and at the same time he is supervising the operation and development of  MARINO Shopping Centre in Wrocław and coordinates the operation of the companies managing the real estate of GANT Group.  

Piotr Wołczański – Member of the Management Board

Mr. Piotr Wołczański has higher education and is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, Civil Engineering Department and Technical University in Greenwich. During the years 1994-1997 he was holding subsequently the position of construction engineer and inter-discipline coordinator at ZBM "BIREM", which is a part of BGH-RM Holding. During the years 1997 - 1999 the investment specialist at Royal Europa sp. z o.o. During the years 1999 - 2000 a Junior Project Manager at BEG Ingenierie Polska Sp. z o.o. was participating in the implementation of commercial projects. During the years 2000 - 2002 as Project Manager at Howell S.A. was supervising the execution of commercial and residential investments. 
During the years 2002 - 2004 as Contract Manager at WPBP No 2 WROBIS S.A. Mostostal Group was responsible for the execution of residential projects. 
During the years 2004 - 2005 he was holding subsequently the position of the Contract Engineer and Project Manager at BEG Ingenierie Polska Sp. z o.o. and participated in the execution of commercial projects, including  Carrefour Piekary Shopping Centre in Legnica and Magnolia Mall in Wrocław.  As of 2007 Mr. Piotr Wołczański was holding the function of Vice-President of the Management Board of RE Inwestment Sp. z o.o. and was responsible for the preparation and execution of development projects. Mr. Wołczański is related with GANT Development Capital Group since February 2008 and currently holds the position of the Director of Projects Management Department.

Mirosław Kadłubowski– Member of the Management Board

Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski has higher education and is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, Civil Engineering Department and IT and Management Department. Mr Mirosław Kadłubowski also graduated from postgraduate studies Civil Engineering FIDIC Department. During the years 1987-1991 worked in Wrocław Urban Investments Direction, Investment Preparing Department. During the years 1991-1997 he was holding subsequently the position of Investment Department Director, Assistant of the Construction Engineer Director and he was holding the function of Jelcz-Laskowice Housing Co-operative Management Board member. He was responsible for the preparation, coordination, supervision and execution of investment work. During the years 1997-1998 he worked for Wrocław Marino Shopping Mall as Project Manager. From 1998 to 2002 he managed self enterprise in which he implemented manager agreements providing service in investment execution in General Constructor system coordination, administration and supervision. During the years 2002-2010 he was holding the position of Construction Engineer Director, at the same time he was holding subsequently the function of Management Board member from October 2002 to Mai 2009, and proxy from Mai 2009 to November 2010 at WROBIS S.A. Grupa Mostostal and he was responsible for the administration and supervision of all company’s investment implementation. In WROBIS S.A. development subsidiary company he was holding the function of Management Board member.In Issuer Company Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski is holding the function of the Director of Investment Execution Department. Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski does not act in any competitive company as a shareholder of a civil partnership, any other partnership or as a member of the body of any capital company, and does not act for any competitive legal person as a member of its bodies. Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski is not registered in the Insolvent Debtors’ Register maintained on the basis of the KRS Act.
