The company is a holding of several dozen special purpose vehicles conducting developer and building activity. The building activity is focused on constructing housing units and business premises as well as on selling and managing the built real estates. It is present in seven Polish cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Cracow, Opole and Polanica Zdroj. It is the only developer, whose activity may be considered all-Poland.
The future leader of developer trade was starting his business adventure from financial activity  (currency exchange offices). Today Gant Development SA is a company hiring several hundred people. It runs successfully the all-Poland activity, being  systematically  kept at the forefront of the biggest developer companies. It specializes in popular-segment flats, being however familiar with prestigious  investments such as restoration of an own tenement located at the Market Square of Wroclaw, where it offers prestigious office premises and apartments. The company successfully realized a dozen or more housing and commercial investments, including the modernized and opened in 2008 MARINO Trade Center in Wroclaw. The company’s brand is the most recognizable among developer companies of Lower Silesia. Investments in Wroclaw are systematically within the first  three places among those, in which the inhabitants of Wroclaw would like to live. (the plebiscite of „Gazeta Wyborcza” : „ A house I would like to live in”).

Since the year 1998 GANT has been listed on the Stock Exchange, and company’s credibility and reliability are proved by many awards and commendations.  Credibility and prestige of GANT Development SA are also confirmed by the customers, who within the framework of after-sales surveys indicate „developer’s renown” as the main factor deciding on purchase of housing units, and by many awards and commendations:

History and development of Gant Development S.A. Capital Group
The company of „GANT” was established on 16th December 1991 as a result of concluding the Agreement of a limited company, then on 31st January 1992 registered in the District Court in Legnica V Economical Department, under the number RHB 693. The founders of the Company were Grzegorz, Karol and Henryk Antkowiak.
