A holding of special purpose vehicles, which since 1991 has been carrying out financial activity and since 1998 development activity as well. The development operations of Gant Development S.A. focus on the construction of residential and commercial premises and the sale and administration of constructed real estate.

The Company completed 7 investment projects by the end of 2007. The reliability and reputation of the Company was confirmed by numerous awards and prizes:

• Certificate of the Wrocław Chamber of Commerce confirming the company has the necessary attributes of reliability and has an unassailable reputation justifying its participation in the “White List” programme implementation (May 1998)
