The investment in Racławice Wielkie is located in Kobierzyce Commune, in the Southern suburbs of Wrocław.

Racławice Wielkie housing estate is planned to include single- and multi-family buildings with infrastructure. Due to its comprehensive character the investment will constitute a new point on the map of Wrocław area.

The first stage of the investment comprises 2 multi-family buildings and 39 terraced houses. The location of the housing estate makes it easy to get to the city centre in 20 minutes by car, go shopping to the Bielany Shopping Centre and use the city's ring road (Magnice junction).
