Polanica Zdrój, a beautiful spa resort, will soon offer an exclusive housing estate providing its residents with a peaceful and relaxing experience, simply invaluable in today’s busy world. A summer toboggan run and numerous bike trails of varying difficulty totalling nearly 100 km encourage everyone to spend their leisure time actively.
 
Every year, Polanica plays host to many interesting national and international events like the Akiba Rubinstein International Chess Competition, the Polish National Young Artists Film Festival for POL-8 and chamber and organ music concerts performed by world-class artists.
 
Winning the title of “Gmina of the Decade” awarded by the Association of Polish Counties (ZPP), Polanica was applauded for its activities promoting investment and development which contributed to enhanced tourist and resident services and promoted environmentally friendly and healthy solutions.
