“Gant at Olsza” is located in the north-eastern part of Cracow, near Meissnera and Janickiego streets. In close proximity to the estate is Park Lotników Polskich which is an excellent place for long walks.  It houses the Garden of Experiments named after Stanisław Lem – the first educational park in Poland. The location of the facility provides convenient access to the nearby Water Park – one of the largest and most well-equipped facilities of this kind in Europe. Residents of the Olsza district may use the “Krakowianka” facility, a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool.


In the neighbourhood are kindergartens, primary schools and lower secondary schools as well as health centres and churches. At Pilotów Street, there are Alma and Castorama supermarkets, while in close proximity are the M1 Shopping Centre, Praktiker, Kraków Plaza, OBI and Krokus Shopping Centre.


The building will house 70 flats. Our offer includes premises with usable space ranging from 30 to 74 square metres. Flats on offer include premises with balconies and loggias.
