The finishing standard of the apartments includes:

• Windows, window sills
• External doors
• Complete electrical system and the lighting system excluding fixtures
• Floors finished with a levelling layer for the actual floor
• Cement-lime plaster of category III or mechanically applied gypsum plaster
• Complete central heating system including the radiators
• Water-sewage system
• Meters for utilities (except for the heating meter)
